How To Unbox GoPro Hero4 Black & Connect to Smartphone in 5 Minutes

I am going to show you how to unbox a new GoPro Hero4 Black and connect the camera to a smartphone in 5 minutes. I will also show you some of the best and most useful accessories I have used.

GoPro’s unpacking instructions that came with the package are not that good, the first few minutes of unpacking is frustrating, I hope this video will help you save time. In terms of usage, this video provides the minimum you need to know, you can defer reading the user’s guide until later when you have more time.

Summary of Pairing the Hero4 and the Smartphone GoPro App
1. Open the GoPro App and select “Connect to Camera”
2. Press the “Add A New Camera” button
3. Select “Add Your HERO4”
4. Press and hold the Settings button on the lefthand side of the camera until Wi-Fi Mode appears on the screen.
5. Press the mode button to scroll down to “GoPro App” and press the Select button
6. Press the “Continue” button in the app
7. Select your camera from the list
8. Enter the pin number and select “Pair My Camera”
9. Create a new camera name and password
10. You should now see and be able to control the camera that your phone or tablet is connected to

Our Adopted Dog-First Vet Visit, Part 2

In Part 2 of our adopted dog’s first vet visit, the vet discusses more lab testing, vaccinations and basic grooming. Lab tests are for heartworm and various possible parasites. We learn more about heartworm and other parasites, fleas, ticks, ear infections, and gingivitis.

We have adopted a dog from the shelter. About a week later we took him for his first vet visit. Well, we did not know if this was his first visit but certainly it was our first.

We recommend you prepare questions in advance and take notes during the visit (we would have forgot a lot of it had we taken this video). Sample questions are:

* Discuss your pet’s dietary habits. It is always helpful to briefly discuss your pet’s diet and feeding schedule. As your pet grows, nutrition needs change and if you are not sure about these, ask. If your pet has digestive problems, ask if there is anything about your pet’s diet that needs changing.

* Ask about dental care and grooming challenges. Good teeth and basic grooming both promote your dog’s long-term health and well-being.

* Bring records of vaccinations and any medications the dog has had. Even if you know the vet has the records, it is good to also maintain your own. Bring them to the vet every time and have the records filled out. This helps you to remember what has been done, when the next vaccinations are due and it is also handy if you change your vet.

* Tell the vet any health or behavior concerns you have, anything you’ve observed that you think might be unusual or you don’t understand. Do not hold back, as not reporting all the symptoms can lead to an incorrect diagnosis and your dog might not be fully helped.

Heiau-Pololu Valley Lookout-King Kamehameha Statue-On Big Island, Hawaii-UHD 4K

This video shows the Puukohola Heiau, the Pololu Valley Lookout and the king Kamehameha Statue. This National Historic Site is home to one of the largest restored heiau (temple) in Hawaii and is part of the National Park System. Heiau were sacred places of worship for Native Hawaiians, and Puukohola Heiau was a site built to fulfill a historic prophecy.

There is limited parking at the Pololu valley lookout, just park along the road as you come to the overlook. A great view from up top, but don’t miss the steep hike down into the valley. The ocean is magnificent at the bottom. You will miss the King Kamehameha Statue before finding it.

The Big Island is the largest and the southeastern-most of the Hawaiian islands, a chain of volcanic islands in the North Pacific Ocean. With an area of 4,028 square miles (10,430 km2), it is larger than all of the other islands in the archipelago combined and is the largest island in the United States.

Volcano-Steam Vent-Sulphur Bank-Lava Tube-Devastation Trail On Big Island, Hawaii-UHD 4K

Volcano-Steam Vent-Sulphur Bank-Lava Tube-Devastation Trail On Big Island, Hawaii-UHD 4K

You will see the Hawaii Volcano National Park, and find the Jagger museum, see steam vents caused by lava under the crust of the earth. The Thurston lava tube was fascinating, we also visited the hidden underground tunnel and Devastation Trail.

At Sulphur Banks (Ha’akulamanu), volcanic gases seep out of the ground along with groundwater steam. These gases are rich in carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide and hydrogen sulfide — the gas that smells like rotten eggs. Some sulfur gases deposit pure crystals at Sulphur Banks. Other sulfur gases form sulfuric acid which breaks down the lava to clay. This clay is stained red and brown with iron oxide.

The Jagger Museum is named after Thomas A. Jagger, and it contains many exhibits and artifacts on volcanology. The Thurston lava tube is a tube through the earth that was carved out by a flow of lava many centuries ago, and you must go through a rainforest jungle in order to reach this spectacular natural wonder.

Devastation Trail is a trail that leads through an area that was devastated by volcanic activity when Kīlauea Iki erupted in 1959. Seeing the cinders made us realize just how devastating the volcanic eruption was.

Fastest Way To Fix Bike Tire With Least Effort and No Special Tools.

You all know that putting the tire back to the rim is a difficult job. I will show you the best way to do it without special tools. As any repair I perform, I always prefer the easiest path with minimal removal and the least adjustment.

You may choose either to patch the hole or to replace the inner tube. Patching the hole requires the least amount of re-adjustment.

If you choose to replace the inner tube, don’t remove the brake pads to minimize the repair efforts.

Most bike tires are very tight to put on the rim. The key observation is the center line of the rim has the smallest diameter, thus the tire beads to pushed to the center to make largest tolerance to allow the tire to be installed on the rim. Also move the air plug to upper position to allow easy installation.

Open A Coconut Cleanly, Safely, and Easily

When you want to get the coconut meat out, what is the safest way and the easiest way to do it? Please don’t cut your fingers and injure yourself, there are safer ways!!

You need to drain the coconut before splitting the coconut open. What is the cleanest way? The coconut has two “eyes” and one “mouth.” How can you identify them? What is a germination pore? I will show you easy and fast ways using any one of these items that everyone has in their house: corkscrew, chopstick, knife, screw driver etc.

Choosing A Rescued Dog From The Animal Shelter, Part 3

This is Part 3, we decided on the first dog, a male 3-year old poodle mix. The staff member of the shelter went through the final paperwork. We are given some initial care instructions, the microchip was already implanted, and another flea treatment was given before leaving the shelter.

A new chapter has started for this rescued dog. We are also facing new challenges to take care of this dog. Stay tuned for more videos.
