How to Find 10,000 Hours Of Taiji Push Hands Practice

In his book, “Outliers”, Malcolm Gladwell proposed the “10,000-Hour Rule”, claiming that the key to achieving world-class expertise in any skill, is, to a large extent, a matter of practicing the correct way for a total of around 10,000 hours. In this video Master Byron, who is very busy in his construction business, shares with us how to find the ten thousand hours in one’s busy daily life. Hope you enjoy and find your own way of Taiji (tai chi) practice.

This is a very useful video for your push hands practice from Master Byron. Please like it and share it with others.

Note that other Tai Chi styles or other levels may have different interpretations of this same topic, we hope people can appreciate this version.

You may upload your own practice video to youtube and post on http://basks.com/forum for others to view and comment.

It is important we share our experience and discuss the best ways to learn Tai Chi. We don’t want to lose the traditional martial arts treasures, we want to improve them by developing better skills and enabling better learning.

How To Grow, Pick and Cut Prickly Pear (Cactus Fruit), 4K UHD

This may just be the solution to California’s drought. Did you know that cactus is drought-resistant and edible? Growing cactus is very easy, you just need to bury part of it. Almost zero maintenance and no need of watering. The hardest part is how to pick and cut the prickly pears (the cactus fruit). I will show you different ways to do it.

Free EV Charging Stations

How Do You Get Free EV Charging at Public Places?
Your employer may provide you with free EV charging. But how do you get free charging at public places? It could be either with a RFID card or without a card.
1.Here are a few examples without a RFID card
A. Level 1
Free Charging at High & Alma Garage, 430 High Street, Palo Alto, CA 94301

B. Level 2
Free Charging at Palo Alto Public Parking, 533 Cowper St, Palo Alto, CA 94301

C. Level 3
EV charge station at Walgreens 399 El Camino Real South San Francisco, CA 94080

2. And then all the car dealership currently would offer free, Nissan, Fiat, Ford, Kia etc. The only problem with some dealership is that they may less welcome you by saying they have their own customers waiting to charge. A lot of free L2 chargers at the dealership don’t need RFID card, while L3 quick chargers a likely require RFID card.
Free Charging at Nissan Dealer, 4855 Stevens Creek Blvd, Santa Clara, CA 95051 USA

Free Charging at Nissan Sunnyvale, 680 East El Camino Real, Sunnyvale, CA 94087

EV quick charge station at Premier Nissan of San Jose, 1120 Capitol Expressway San Jose, California 95136

EV quick charge station at Capital Kia, 755 Capitol Expressway Auto Mall San Jose, CA 95136

3. When the station was built with government grant, the charge stations were free. Some new stations are free because they are new, and then there are not free later. Nissan has No Charge To Charge program for a new Nissan Leaf owner to have free charge for the first 2 years, after the first 2 years, it’s no longer free. Below are some free stations I have used in the past

EV quick charge station at Ohlone College, address: 39399 Cherry Street, Newark, CA, 94560

EV quick charge station at Stanford Shopping Center,250 Quarry Rd Palo Alto CA 94304

Level 2 charge station at Santa Clara Valley Water District, 5750 Almaden Expy, San Jose, CA 95118.

4. Then it is the free charge stations have problems. The problems may not be fixed for a long time.

Visiting An Unmanned Robotic Telepresence Store

The store itself was “empty”, but the human being interacted with people through the robots. Those robots have wheeled base and two posts that support a screen. Two models are available: $17000 (6 hours battery) or $2000 (2 hours battery).

I chatted with remote salespeople, I also test drove one unit (a unit that physically is in the company’s Kansas City office).

Best Ways To Choose, Cut and Serve Pineapples Easily and Quickly

I will show you 4 ways to select the good pineapples, top 2 ways to cut and serve a pineapple. These techniques are clean, quick and easy.

If you don’t want to waste the best part of the pineapple, you should choose cutting the skin first. You need to carefully cut the skin off the sides, as close to the edge of the pineapple skin as you can because the sweetest and juiciest parts of the pineapple are usually right at the very edge. This of course would leave exposed a bunch of brown, scraggly dots, called eyes, that need to be removed. I will show you how to remove them with minimum waste.

If you want to serve with a cool cut, I will show you how to cut a boat. Of course, you may also not be sure how to tell if a pineapple is ripened, so I will show you 4 tests.
